SBR Booking and Policy Information

My goal is to ensure that every one of my distinguished clients are a V.I.B--Very Important Brow! In order for me to provide the superior service and treatments you love and come to expect, please carefully read over my booking and policy information. 


Booking Appointments

  • If you would like to book an appointment, please do so online using the online booking feature. 
  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. 

Because of the  increased volume associated with the upcoming holiday season, we will no longer accept bookings via telephone or text beginning November 4, 2019.

  •  A valid credit card is needed on file for you to book and hold your appointment time.   Emails are not monitored daily, and are therefore not the best way to book an appointment. 
  • Microblading touch-up appointments must be made at the time of the initial session due to limited availability. Failure to book the microblading touch-up appointment at the initial session may not guarantee you the desired time-slot needed for the touch-up.
  • Microblading consultation is $30.00. This will NOT be applied to the cost of the service. 


Late Appointments

Late appointments will be subject to a cancellation. 


No-Show/Missed/Cancelled Appointments

  • If you do not show for an appointment or have not successfully rescheduled your appointment time with proper notice, you will be subject to paying the cancellation fee. Cancellation fees constitute 50% of the service you were to receive. 
  • If you have an appointment for a microblading touch-up and miss or fail to reschedule within the given window, you will be charged full price for the touch-up service.


Cancellation window for all services: 

  • 24 hours notice


Starting November 4, 2019, all bookings and cancellations will be done in a self-service, online platform due to the increased volume associated with the holiday season. 

  • Cancellations must be done through the online booking using the text or email confirmation received from original appointment booking.

Cancellation Policy & Credit Card Authorization

We thank you so much for guaranteeing your service window and being courteous of our time. DO NOT EMAIL, TEXT, OR CALL TO CANCEL. All changes to your appointment MUST be made 24 hours in advance by accessing your original confirmation or you WILL be charged the cancellation fee. The card entered is ONLY to guarantee your appointment, and for the protection of your technician's time. By entering your card and booking online with SBR, you acknowledge and accept that if you are:

 1. LATE 

2. DO NOT SHOW 

3. REQUEST CHANGES WITHIN 24 HOURS

you WILL be charged 50% of whatever service you originally booked. Due to high demand, and limited availability, there will be no exceptions to waiving the cancellation fee. 


As we strive to make your experience an enjoyable one where each client's needs are highly attended to, it is imperative for us to honor all clients' time by maintaining the booking schedule. Showing up late or no-shows with expectation to be serviced at a different time jeopardizes our commitment in upholding each client's appointment time and service needs. Late or no-shows will be charged the cancellation fee and  must reschedule online.
